ResponsibilitiesAbout the Government Strategy Lab: - The Lab is a global network of strategy consultants, with research centers in Mumbai and Europe dedicated to generating content-rich insights into the Government sector. The Lab conducts in-depth strategic research and analysis to generate leading-edge points of view on crucial industry topics that stimulate new ideas and help drive innovation for our clients.
Key Responsibilities: -
Conduct independent in-depth research on topics of interest from the Government sector
Guide Capgemini's global consulting community through 'thought leadership'.
Develop insights and strategies on topics of prime concern for Capgemini's global GPS clientele.
Interact with the press community to represent Capgemini's views on major industry happenings.
Participate in international training events to impart industry knowledge to Capgemini GPS consultants.
Assist global consulting project teams as a subject matter expert (SME).

Requirements:
Must Haves
A post graduate degree in management from a premier institute
Candidates should understand the government sector. They can be working in the public sector (civil service) or in a research or consulting company specializing in this area; should be involved with strategy, research and analysis
Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic
Strong understanding of issues pertaining to the public sector as well as ability to grasp the future challenges and demystify it for business implications
Ability to build business cases and models and comfort with financial analysis
Problem solving skills
Ability to take responsibility of assigned tasks and work with minimum guidance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Expertise in developing and delivering power point (ppt) based reports
DesiredExposure of working in International environment, especially Europe
Exposure to working in a consulting company and/ business strategy group
Experience of working with globally dispersed project teams, in a matrix organizational setup
