Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a MBA/PGDBA/PGPM in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
* Atleast 6 years of working experience is required.
* Complete knowledge of Banking Products is required.
* Team handling experience preferred.
* Preferably should have serviced HNI Clients.
* Candidate should possess good Communication skill.
* Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent


Responsibilities:

* Will handle a team of 4 Preferred Relationship Manager.
* Enhancing engagement of High Net Worth customers through joint call.
* Ensuring Sales across Liabilities, Retail Assets, Business Banking, Forex, Credit Cards, Online trading etc. and achieving the Branch targets.
* Monitoring quality sales and processes in the RM portfolio.
* Recruitment and training of RM team.
* Monitoring and tracking Relationship File maintenance, CRA, MARS, and sales report of the RM.
* To ensure maintenance of updated Relationship File, achievement of RM targets, Business Performance and Portfolio Management
