Name: Product Engineering Responsibilities:
• Developing project plans with project leaders and ensuring risks are mitigated effectively
• To ensure delivery is of top quality and in the time promised to the client
• Planning project work and determining critical path items and ensuring these are always on track; supervising work of project leaders
• Estimating resource needs and co-ordinating with other functions
• Supervising a set of project leaders and managing all escalations; interfacing with customers with respect to project delivery
• Ensuring customer requirements are adequately factored in all projects on an on-going basis by participating in customer interactions
• Responsible for quality of the software
• Responsible for development of people in his/her teams by review, feedback and coaching
