Job Description
* Order Processing (Through SD module of SAP).
* Responsible for Sales Order Processing as per DCAG guidelines.
* Responsible for processing Dealer Commissions for direct billings.
* Responsible for processing & Monitoring Excise Taxi refunds.
* Responsible for processing transit insurance claims.
* Responsible for processing & Monitoring Performance Oriented Margin to Dealers.
* Monitor Fleet/ Special pricing & Direct billings to Dealers.
* Local Government Liasoning.
* Registration of Company cars.
* Formalities for Sale of Company cars.
* Processing & Monitoring RTO tax refunds.
* Responsible for obtaining State Transport Authority Approvals (STA) for new models.
* Maintenance of CRTEM register & reporting to Regional Transport Authority.
* Processing & Monitoring Octroi refunds.
* Responsible for dispatches of cars through optimum trailer planning.
* Responsible for providing vehicles for events.
* Responsible for Trade plates & insurance for events.
* TUV certified auditor for ISO 9001 : 2000.
* Successful implementation of ISO 9001 : 2000 at all Dealerships. Conduct ISO audits at dealerships.
* Dealer Management System (DMS) Processs owner for conceptualisation & implementation of e-dealer.
* (Siebel based) for the 'Sales Retail Processes' at all dealerships.
* Process owner for implementation of Sales process in SD Module of SAP since inception.
* Setup & Streamline Order Processing.
