Responsibilities:

• Experience in object oriented analysis and design (OOAD) concepts and design patterns

• Atleast 4 years experience of software Design, Planning and Development

• Exposure to Rational Rose will be an added advantage

• Ability to understand and re-factor the existing product design

• Experience with a major relational database management system

• Ability to deliver production quality software on-schedule

• Ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate them to others

• Excellent analytical skills and sound programming ability
